Chen Zhonghua Taiji Quan

Chen Zhonghua is an 11th generation master of Chen Style Taiji Quan, the international standard bearer of Chen Style Taijiquan Practical Method and 2nd generation master of Hunyuan Taiji. He began studying with Hong Junsheng (Practical Method) in 1979 and Feng Zhiqiang (Hunyuan Taiji) in 1996 and is the indoor disciple of both grandmasters.

Master Chen has taught disciples and students from over 130 countries across the globe and is the author and translator of major Taiji literatures of each system.

Since 2006, he has been developing and overseeing a Taiji resort on Daqingshan, a mountainous area located in Wulian township, Shandong province, China. He has hosted many international Taiji competitions, conferences and workshops in the resort and it is now the headquarters of his Taijiquan. Since 2017, Daqingshan has been named two times by the federal government as the recipient of outstanding awards for sports and tourism.
